    Direct Business Affiliate: A Direct Business Affiliate is a Credit Squad Service Provider is a Company utilized by Credit Squad to assist Credit Squad in providing you the service you have specifically requested Credit Squad provide you. A Direct Business Affiliate is under a strict confidentiality agreement not to disclose any of your personally identifiable information to outside parties unless it is necessary to provide the services you requested or they are they are given permission to do so by you.

    Business Affiliates & Sponsors: Credit Squad may disclose your personal information to business affiliates or sponsors, but this is specifically described to you prior to data collection or prior to transferring the data. Some or all data collected during a Credit Squad promotion may be shared with a sponsor. If personally identifying data about you will be shared, we will tell you before we collect or transfer the data. Unless you direct the company otherwise, Credit Squad may share your personal information with Credit Squad.

    Third Party Data and Data in the Aggregate: Under confidentiality agreements, Credit Squad may match user information with third party data.
